The final acceptance of a vehicle is subject to physical inspection and verification of documents.
Vehicle Inspection & Pricing
Vehicle price quotations are based on preliminary details shared by the user.
Final price may vary after physical inspection.
Scrapoto reserves the right to revise the quoted amount if the actual vehicle condition differs from the provided information.
Payment will be processed only after successful verification and handover of the vehicle.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide valid government-issued identification.
Provide original vehicle documents including RC, insurance, and other required documents.
Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before handover.
Ensure the vehicle is accessible for pickup.
Scrapoto shall not be responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Users may cancel a pickup request prior to inspection.
Scrapoto reserves the right to cancel any request if documentation is incomplete or invalid.
Any applicable cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated in advance.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment.
